Front End Adduction & Abduction

Here I demonstrate moving the front end. Adduction and abduction is a lateral movement activating the adductor muscles, brings awareness to the shoulders and encourages lightness of the front end. Simple exercises like these evolve into elegant lateral exercises like shoulder in and advanced skills like the pirouette to only name a couple. Mastery of fundamental skills transforms into beautiful, effortless movements.
