Hind End Adduction & Abduction

Here I demonstrate moving the hind end. Adduction and abduction is a lateral movement activating the adductor muscles, brings awareness to the hind end and encourages flexion of the lumbosacral joint. Simple exercises like these evolve into elegant lateral exercises like leg yielding, or more advanced moves like the half pass. Mastery of fundamental skills transforms into beautiful, effortless movements.
